Fabrizio Trivella – Owner & Manager

My story began in 2006, working at a family-run coffee shop in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland. From meeting different people to solving issues and bringing happiness, this experience ignited a passion for life.

Studying at the prestigious EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, allowed me to build a solid international network and strengthen my social and professional skills. When the opportunity appeared to go for an internship on the other side of the planet, I did not hesitate. This is how my second passion started: French Polynesia.

After graduation, I missed these islands where I had done two successful internships. The strong connections with the people, the culture and the nature were calling me and I went back to work at a five-star hotel. I stayed 8 years…

Today, I want to share my passions with other travel enthusiasts. After working in luxury hotels, I take pride in providing top-class service and I know the potential of exceptional guest service. As for the community who welcomed me as part of their family, I want the world to know more about this beautiful part of world.

In addition, my experience in luxury hotels has enhanced my expertise and deepened my commitment to operational excellence. My passion extends not only to delivering exceptional guest service but also to sharing my knowledge and expertise with others.
